I love that I was able to be confident that I was getting a genuine Valenti part. The quality of the part and its packaging were excellent. I will be shopping at 86WORX again. I did ask a question about the part that I ordered, and an answer came quickly. I am not totally sure I would describe the part as plug-in-play, since it required some splicing and such, but I will not complain because I knew what I was doing.

Didn't know it would be coming straight from Japan but the wait was worth it. Only bad thing is the tracking number, was hard at times trying to figure out where the package was at.
But overall everything was Good.
This Tail is worth it!

I was quite impressed with the shipping process. You guys said 5-10 business and it was shipped at the 10th day! It came within 1.5-2 weeks! I have already fitted it on the car. I am extremely excited to finally be installing a wide body kit! Thank you!

I had previously ordered the Crystaleye v2 tail lights for my 17' gt86. I had ordered them on July 19th 2019, after receiving the lights i had noticed the signals and brake lights did not work how they were supposed too. After reaching out Max had been responsive, I had to eventually switch wires that crystal eye had informed me to switch, and it still did not work, kept getting the run around on which wires to switch and did not work. Meanwhile throughout this process there was alot of waiting time to get a response. After requesting a refund they had tried to get me to try some other things to get them to work. Meanwhile all I wanted was my refund and working tail lights so I could drive my car. After waiting almost a week to get a response for how to return them. I had sent them back and still did not get my full refund as per I still had to pay for shipping, upon someone else's mess up on these tail lights. I didn't get any discount for if I ever wanted to make a purchase again through 86worx, nothing. From the date I ordered my tail lights - July 19th 2019 I finally have gotten my money back at the date of September 18th 2019. 2 WHOLE MONTHS, to resolve this issues. First time ordering through 86worx, figured I'd give them a shot as I have heard good things about them. Unfortunately this is why I have Given a 1 star review.
