Easy Return Policy

At 86WORX, we stand behind our products. We don’t sell low quality items, only the best. That’s why we offer an awesome return policy. Our return rate is one of the lowest in the industry because all the parts we sell always fit perfectly. Anything returned after 30 days can only be refunded against a virtual Gift Card and is subject to approval of return.

 

Please keep in mind that our goal is always your total satisfaction.

 

Regular items

If you are not satisfied with your product, we will accept a return at any of our warehouses in USA, Canada, Australia, United Kingdom or Japan. As long as your product is unused and the original packaging is included, we will grant a full refund (including the original shipping fee) minus 10% restocking fee due to being outside our regular fulfillment center. Item(s) need to be shipped to our warehouse at the customer’s expense before we can process the refund.

 

Defective/non-fitting items

We will provide a full refund or exchange for any items that are defective or do not fit (unless the wrong item was ordered for the car’s chasis or year). We can only honour exchanges when we receive the item(s) back to any of our warehouses in the USA, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom or Japan.

Items that do not fit because of an issue caused by a specific aftermarket item will be subject to restocking fees if they are returned.

To accept a claim on a non-fitting or poorly fitting item, it needs to be test-fitted on the vehicle without having been painted (unless it was bought pre-painted from us). Always test-fit your product before sending it to the paint shop.

Please note that we cannot accept items that have been painted by the customer or modified to fit the vehicle.

 

Used/PRELOVED items

Used (PRELOVED) items cannot be returned because of the item condition, unless something was not stated in the description. Please consider that used items may have some scratches or other small flaws such as blemishes or dirt.

 

Special order/made-to-order items

Special order and made-to-order items can be returned to us at a 15% restocking fee if our supplier cannot take the item back. We cannot refund the original shipping fee for these returns.

We cannot refund shipping to our warehouse. However, if you accept a replacement item, we will ship the item to you for FREE.

Please note that once a refund is sent, it can take up to 5 business days to appear back on your card. We cannot speed up the process. Once we refund your payment, the money leaves our account instantly.

 

Order cancellation

If you cancel an order within 48 hours of purchase, we will refund 100% of the order amount.

If your order has been placed for longer than 48 hours, there will be a 10% cancellation fee for regular items and a 15% cancellation fee for special order/made-to-order items because we cannot return the item to the manufacturer and must unfortunately cover the cost of cancelling ongoing processes (such as unboxing, shipping back to the manufacturer, etc.).

If your order has been shipped already, the same return fee applies but the item(s) need to be shipped to our warehouse at the customer’s expense before we can proceed with the cancellation. We cannot refund the shipping fee to the customer’s address.

 

Returning an item

In the very rare case you need to return one of our products, please read the following instructions. To return an item, please contact us by email (sales@86worx.com) with a mention of your order number, the reason for the return and photos. We will then assist you with the return process. Do not ship a product to one of our warehouse’s without a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from us as it might be sent back. Please refer to the previous paragraphs about potential fees and expenses associated with returns.

All returns MUST be reported within 60 days of the arrival date. No products will be returnable after 60 days. Anything returned after 30 days can only be refunded against a virtual Gift Card.
