I first went to Max with a load of question about the rather large parts I wanted. He was very fast to respond and helped answer my questions. One of the items I ordered was a hood. The 1st one imported into the U.S. by my understanding! Max told me it is completely hand made, so it would take about 2-3 months to obtain. Max kept updated on the order status, frequently. When the package shipped, it took 1-2 days out of japan and 1-2 days to get to my door. Max then sent me a care package of goodies as a Thank You, just because he wanted to. Superb! 5 out of 5 stars. Will Buy again!!

Great service! fast responses to emails when I had a question on a product. Shipping was a lot faster than expected with very minimal duty and customs fees. I ordered a front lip which I thought would take several months to order directly from the manufacturer but turns out there was stock at one of their warehouses which was great news!

I've ordered a number of items at several different times this year and each and every transaction has been spot on and efficient. I've also bugged Max with a myriad of questions about them and he's always responded back promptly and with the info I needed. I can't say enough about the service at 86WORX. The products are high quality and the service matches and might even exceed the products. From the smallest of things like AC vents to large items like a carbon fiber roof, and a bunch of stuff inbetween, I've ordered a ton and have always been more than satisfied.
